it coulda had three fewer songs in it. that SHIT-STINKING chritina aguilera song. i wonder if scorsese got pressure from the studio. the second keith richards song. i like you got the silver. notice how that was the only song scorsese ever interrupted. it was pretty bad. just my imagination was the nicest surprise. it's no gimme shelter. oh, my awesomest idea i got while i was watching it - if i got tickets to the show, how funny if i painted myself negro and wore a green suit.

he's done concert films before. you should check out the last waltz. neil diamond steals the whole fuckin show. plus that old woodstock film, that was one of his first hi-profile gigs...
i understand how you feel though. i just rented confessions of a teenage drama queen and was disappointed when i found out it wasn't a period piece about 17th century prussia.
